About me
An endless passion for wine & food pairings cultivated during my trips around the globe, added to my mixed ethnic background (Argentinian, Italian and Spanish) led me to learn deeper about the worlds of Wines & Gastronomy and to acquire my certifications.
I am privileged to have visited a large number of culinary regions around the world, organise events alongside renown wine producers, chefs and sommeliers, and participate as host in an international TV show (Wine First), dedicated to showcase amazing wine areas worldwide and its local ingredients.
